Never assume a holiday means ASP is suspended. Not every holiday triggers a suspension — only the specific dates listed above. If your holiday isn’t on this list, ASP is in effect.
The 5-Minute Grace Period
On any day ASP is in effect, the 5-minute grace period applies. No ticket can legally be issued until 5 minutes after the restriction begins. On days when a weather suspension lifts and ASP resumes, the grace period applies from the moment enforcement begins again.
